TOTAL COMMUNITY APPROACH
(“TCA”)

The Local
Collaborative 15’s TCA project addresses mental health and substance abuse in
Eastern Navajo Agency (McKinley and San Juan Counties) for Native American
youth, ages 13-24.
LC’s role in this
project includes community engagement, resource development, overall
leadership and policy development.
Our Partners: Navajo
Nation Department of Behavioral Health Services, Navajo Indian Health
Services Project Northland and Crownpoint Teen Court, Navajo Indian Health
Services Behavioral Health Department, Coalition for Healthy and Resilient
Youth, Navajo Nation Office of the Prosecutor, and future partner the McKinley County Juvenile Crisis Center.
